Paskal is a mercenary from a distant future where humans augment their abilities using technological implants and clothing. Hardened by years fighting on the edges of the galaxy, he was able to survive most of his military companions and now act as hired gun, a very expensive one. Easily circulating among aristocrats and company executives, he cultivates his contacts everywhere and has eyes spreading from the megacities lowest alleys to the riches pinacles and towers.
