These comic strips were created as part of Editora Draco’s anniversary series. Several artists were invited to produce four strips each, drawing inspiration from Draco’s day-to-day life, its team, and publishing history. I chose to tell these moments through a classic fantasy lens—knights, wizards, half-orcs—mixing humor and storytelling with the genres Draco is known for. As an extra challenge, the coloring was done using only Draco’s signature magenta, giving the whole series a distinct and unified look.
In the last strip, we visit a magical market where adventurers of all kinds gather—not for potions or weapons, but for books. At the center of the storm is one of Draco’s authors, holding down her stand with grace and sorcery. Faced with an overwhelming number of fantasy readers, she does what any master spellcaster would: summons multiple copies of herself to meet the demand. Because when your audience includes dwarves, orcs, and the occasional faeri, multitasking becomes a magical necessity.
